Eyelash extensions from £30

Picture

Eyelash extensions are semi-permanent lasting up to 6 weeks depending on the life cycle of your own natural lashes, and which lash extensions you book in for. Regular maintenance will increase the time you can keep your lashes. Like your nails and the hair on your head, your individual eyelashes grow out on a continuous cycle of replenishment.

Express Lash extensions

These lashes are recommended for a first timer, to try before you fork out for the more long-term ones. These are ideal for a 1 off occasion. You should expect up to 2 weeks wear out of these, and the technique used is 1 false lash applied, per every other natural lash, so these are extremely natural. We do not offer infills of these, due to recommending you then try longer term lashes such as the classic lash or london lash.
£30.00 Application can take 30-45 minutes

Classic Lash Extensions Full Set

These lashes are the same as above, however 1 false lash is applied per every 1 natural lash. Mink lashes, comfortable silk texture. It is advised to have them in-filled every 2-3 weeks to ensure that they stay looking their best.
Full set £50.00 Application can take 60-120 minutes
Classic lash infills every 2-3 weeks £30.00 application can take
60-75 minutes

Eyelash Extension Rules
A patch test needs to be done at least 24 hour prior to having your treatment.
Patch tests need to be done once a year.
Patch tests are performed to avoid an allergic reaction, or fume sensitivity.
If you have eyelash extensions regularly, it is down to you to remind your therapist once a year to do another patch test, to ensure that nothing has changes and you are still safe to have them done. This is due to the fact that anybody can just suddenly develop an allergic reaction to anything we apply to our bodies, even if having done so for years.
Patch tests involve us applying lash extensions to 20% of your natural lashes, and will take around 15-30 minutes.
Allergic reactions include- redness, itchiness, streaming eyes, puffiness/swollen eyelids. If you do have a reaction keep the area clean and cool with a damp flannel, and call us to arrange professional removal of the eyelashes.
Avoid water for at least 48 hours after having your lashes done.
Avoid steam rooms and saunas for at least 48 hours after, but if not, completely, to encourage a long lasting life to your lash extensions.
Avoid creams, oils, makeup/mascara/eyeliner and foundations on your eyelashes and eyelids, as this will hinder the lifespan of your lashes. Speak to your therapist if you are unsure whether you can use your products at home.
Wash your eyelash extensions everyday with the London Lash cleanser that you are provided with upon your first full set. Purchase of another lash cleanser in between full sets, is £20 for a full size bottle.
Avoid touching and rubbing the eyelashes as this can lead to premature shedding or even in extreme cases, permanent hair loss.
Do not perm/lift, or tint the eyelash extensions.

Threading vs
Waxing from £8

Threading, an alternative to waxing for shaping your eyebrows and facial hair removal

Less contact with the skin. Threading has little to no contact with the skin. Waxing, however tugs at skin when the hair is removed, and can really irritate sensitive skin making it turn pink to extremely red.

Stop seeing red. The skin mostly gets red because of the wax tugging at the skin, not the actual removal of the hair. If you do get pink from threading, it usually goes away within the hour.

Delicate skin. The skin around the eyes is thin, and can get easily irritated from waxing even if it doesn't bother other body zones. Threading eyebrows is a true life saver for hair removal in the eye area.

No contraindications Threading eyebrows doesn't remove the top layer of skin like waxing. So even people that use Retin-A or take other medications that conflict with waxing, can still get threading.
