I started in health and fitness back in the 80's by training as a fitness instructor. I taught classes in aerobics, body conditioning, step and circuit training. I went on to add nutrition for weight management to my 'tool box' and then qualified in sports massage therapy.

At this point I was in full time employment in the corporate world and worked with clients part time. I have always had a passion for alternative therapies and with the encouragement of friends and family, over six years ago, launched myself into the world of complementary therapies.

I went on to train in Clinical Aromatherapy which has been my main motivator ever since. The results I have seen have been inspirational and rewarding.
